Many, many people have collections of things they would like to remember and or share. The Internet seems to have brought these two things together. For better or worse, online journals/memory box/commentary have proliferated.

I setup this site primarily to store the things that I encounter, either in my thoughts or on the travels around the Internet .

Why “Unabridged Excerpt”?

• It is hard to spell.
• It is something I thought was funny when listening to a podcast and they thought it was a neat domain name.
• No one should stumble on it as it it hard to spell.
• I can turn it into something later as I have reserved the domain… and
• It is hard to spell.
